A South Carolina native and Charleston Girl at heart, Blythe has worked and excelled in the hospitality and events industry for over a decade. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Charleston, she began her career in events at the Kiawah Island Resort as well as Marketing Director for Holy City Hospitality. Blythe was recruited by King Street Hospitality Group as the Director of Hospitality + Events to launch its inaugural venue Upstairs at Midtown, on to opening the awarded Gadsden House, Maybank Catering and King Street Beverage Company.  


Blythe decided it was time to get back to her design roots and knew event planning & design is where she always wanted to end up.  From the planning stages to execution, Blythe will provide each and every client with individualized service to ensure success. Her personalized planning experience creates events that guest will be swooning over for years to come. 


Blythe resides on Johns Island with her husband Martin and sweet baby girl Millie.

Charleston native and self-diagnosed wedding junkie, Shannon is the epitome of the southern bride who never wanted to let go of the veil. Planning her own wedding was "the best 14 months ever" and it ended with what can only be described as the best day ever. That was almost 6 years ago, and although she would love to host a vow renewal each and every year her husband tends to think that once was enough. 

Fortunately, she didn't have to give it up entirely. And luckily for Coleman, Shannon was able to find a way to keep on planning for other brides and not just for herself. Shannon Hodges Weddings & Events was created in 2014, but it didn’t take her long to realize that we’re nothing without a team. Blythe and Shannon have been designing and executing flawless events together since August 2016, and she still finds joy each and every day in planning dream days for her clients.

Shannon resides in Hanahan with her husband Coleman, baby girl Anne Davis, and their precious pups Botany and Lady.

SHANNON HODGES

After graduating with a degree in Interior Design, Morgan began working as a Designer in the construction industry and had the opportunity to assist multiple event planning companies in the Charleston area with various types of events.  In 2014, she decided to pursue an event planning career that would allow her to deliver special experiences for her clients to implement their visions. 

 

With her infectious personality and attention to detail, Morgan combines a positive attitude with creativity to blend rich color palettes, subtle lighting effects, interesting textures with each client’s personal style. Listening carefully to each client helps ensure the event design meets the goal of the project and to deliver a truly memorable experience. Developing the personal relationships is one of Morgan’s favorite aspects of the business.

A College of Charleston graduate in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Ashley has spent years gaining practical knowledge in the areas of event management, planning and design. Previously, she worked for one of Charleston's most well-renowned hospitality groups, as well as on the sales team for a premier event rental company, where she gained valuable planning and management experience. Having worked extensively in all sides of the event industry, Ashley has a deep understanding of venue locations, preferred vendors and rental trends. This allows her the ability to create a truly unique event, keeping tradition, quality and the purpose of marriage at the heart of it all.

 

Ashley resides in Daniel Island with her husband Glenn and baby girl Miller Grace. 

ASHLEY VONROSENBERG

LEAD PLANNER

A Charleston native, Caroline has grown up in the hospitality industry. After graduating from the University of Mississippi, she began her career at her family’s destination management company, Adventures In Charleston, Inc. After six years, she gained expansive industry experience in planning and managing events for various corporations and weddings. She thoroughly enjoys the entire process from start to finish but, she really loves venue design and logistics.

 

Caroline also worked with an interior designer and in sales and merchandising with a boutique featuring trendy fashions and unique gifts. During this brief hiatus, she came to the realization that her real passion was the hospitality industry. In the Summer of 2019, she has returned to her roots and joined the Hill & Co. Creative team.

Caroline resides in downtown Charleston with her golden retriever, Archie.
