ROMANTIC CHARLESTON DINNER SPOTS

Charleston leaves a lasting impression on those who live here and those who visit for many reasons, one of them is the endless amount of amazing restaurants on every corner. Whether you are a local or a visiter, if you're in town for Valentine's Day these restaurants should be on your list for a romantic dinner for two. Each of these restaurants await a 5 star experience from the moment you enter the doors right until you walk out full from the delicious cuisine you devoured.

Chez Nous

With the menu changing frequently, even the locals who often dine here never grow tired of the daily offerings. Chez Nous puts their personal touch on delicious France & Europe inspired menu items.

Circa 1886

This Lowcountry favorite is located in the original carriage house of the Wentworth Mansion. Chef Marc Collins prepares mouthwatering Lowcountry dishes such as Chicken Fried Salmon, Triple Potato Gratin, Rainbow Trout, and Piedmontese Beef.

Fulton Five

A Charleston favorite for 25 years, you will feel like you are having dinner in Italy. With their extensive wine list and seasonal menu items, it is no secret why they have been so successful in the Holy City.

Peninsula Grill

Velvet lined walls, seagrass flooring, and outstanding southern fare should be convincing descriptions of this Charleston favorite. Also, if you havent heard that their coconut cake is a must try... have you been in contact with any locals?!

Wild Olive

Wild Olive may not be on the peninsula of Charleston, but if you are staying downtown it is worth the drive! Located on Johns Island, this Italian eatery is a local favorite. The restaurant prides themselves on sourcing as many products as they can locally, which can sometimes be challenging but held in the highest regard.

No matter your love language: gifts, food, or affection, Valentine's Day dinner is a must! As Charles Schulz once said "All you need is love. But a little chocolate doesn't hurt."

Cheers,
