Hannah and Elijah were like many couples who planned for an April 2020 wedding. They had been planning their big day for months and could not wait to celebrate with 100 of their closest friends and family. In the middle of March, the unthinkable happened and COVID19 became a topic that covered headlines worldwide. When the South Carolina governor issued a 'stay-at-home' order in late March, Hannah and Elijah had to make the difficult decision that so many of our couples were faced (and still are faced) with. Their original wedding date, turned into a small elopement, but this couple did not let a global pandemic deter them. They chose love and still committed to spend their lives together at an intimate ceremony at their original venue and Zoomed in their family and friends. We are so grateful we get to help them celebrate next April for their anniversary celebration.
