The iconic, yellow house on the corner of King and Ann Street is one of our favorite venues to work at. Another Patrick Properties owned and managed venue, the William Aiken House is a distinguished National Historic Landmark. With colorful ballrooms on both the first and second floors accompanied with sweeping, expansive piazzas, a private garden, and two large courtyards, the William Aiken House can accommodate up to 500 guests when using the entire space the venue offers. With such a versatile floor plan, we love mixing up our designs, sometimes seating guests inside with dancing and merriment to follow outside, while other times having an al fresco affair with all evening activities enjoyed within the garden and courtyards.
